Ava Paliyenko-Gritzuk keeps the wheels on the bus at Mirador. She has diverse executive leadership and administrative experience in the real estate and hospitality sectors.
Her previous roles have included serving as an instructor and trainer in the hospitality education program at Central Piedmont Community College and for the Charlotte Concierge Association, as Managing Director of Events for the Carolinas Chapter of Counselors of Real Estate, and Executive Director of CREW Charlotte.
Ava is an accomplished freelance writer, presenter, and special events planner. Clients appreciate her friendliness and warmth. What we value most about her is her organizational prowess.
